Steve Thomas built a house for my wife and me over 30 years ago. The house is still our home. We are still very satisfied with the workmanship and overall quality that was put into our home.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Thomas on the construction of our new home. We recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the construction of our home, Mr. Thomas was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time lines. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well and many were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our job was done with care and precision.

Mr. Thomas is a gifted custom builder. Very often he would make recommendations and present them to us thus improving our beautiful custom home. He specializes in handicap applications which were very important to us. He was also very flexible with changes that we wanted made throughout the process. In addition, his contractors were extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray. Mr. Thomas took special care to prevent any of the job stages from being delayed throughout the process.

The only complexity in working with Mr. Thomas is that, as he himself will tell you, good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Although our project took time to complete, I think we have a wonderful outcome in our dream home. Due to Mr. Thomas, our Dream Home is a reality now.

As a gerontologist, I planned to build my home designed to "age-in-place" but what I didn't expect was the accessibility for my toddler grandchildren with no steps to worry about. Our movers were pleased with the wider doorways and hallways. We are lucky to enjoy the convenient features now as we are "young" and healthy! It is also great to have our neighbors constantly comment how beautiful and functional our home is!
